You live in house LEE in Altmünster, subdistrict Pühret, 190 m as the crow flies from the Traunsee. The next public bathing area is a few minutes' walk away. The sailing school Traunkirchen and what we consider to be the most beautiful bathing place on Lake Traunsee, the Bräuwiese is only a few minutes away by car / bike. The next "Steckerlfischbiergarten", fish- and Italian restaurant can be reached comfortably on foot in 10 minutes. From the ground floor "underground parking space" (free use) you can take the elevator to your accommodation without barriers.

The loft has an open-plan living area, two kitchenettes with a dishwasher, a sofa bed and a flat-screen cable TV. The bathroom is equipped with high-quality fittings, a walk-in shower and its own sauna with 6 infrared heaters. Washing machine and coffee maker are also available. The spacious terrace of the Loft am Traunsee invites you to relax.

At the lake you will find a large selection of bathing places  and water sports. Other popular activities in the area include hiking, skiing, golfing, cycling and horse riding.

It is only 3 km to the Esplanade / ship pier Alt-Münster. You can drive to Gmunden (Schloss Ort, Grünberg Seilbahn) in 9 minutes. Ship or Wassertaxi will take you to the "Seegasthof Hois'n Wirt", You climb the Traunstein or explore the Traunsee by Schaufelraddampfer "Gisela".

Wonderful Traunkirchen will be reached in 7 minutes by car, Feuerkogel ski- / hiking area in  13 minutes. 5 golf courses are within a 25km radius.
